About the position
We’re partnering exclusively with a highly respected, nonprofit hospice provider to hire an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for their Inpatient General Inpatient (GIP) Care Center in Pasadena, MD. This is a full-time night shift position, offering a consistent 3-day schedule, rotating weekends, and minimal holiday requirements.

Streamlined charting: Electronic documentation with Netsmart EMR
What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care per hospice plan (medications, comfort measures, nutrition, etc.)
Assess and monitor clinical changes, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and caregivers and document understanding of care plans
Assist in discharge planning and field team support as needed
Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
What We’re Looking For
Current Maryland RN license (or compact license)
2+ years of nursing experience in med/surg or home health
Hospice, end-of-life, or critical care experience strongly preferred
Hospice certification (CHP) a plus
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $41–$49/hour based on experience
